Refund Policy
We can exchange within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. No exchange or return on sale products. Summer collection credit notes cannot be availed with the winter collection. In case you wish to avail a credit note we the same for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. We have a no return and a no refund policy.

Exchanges/alterations are subject to a timeline of 2-3 weeks. Will be shipped earlier if ready. A shipping charge of ₹350/- will be collected before dispatch of the exchange (This includes Credit Note Orders as well). The parcel has to be shipped back to us. We don’t have a reverse pick-up facility.
No refund is initiated. We can exchange for style or size only.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
